PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING BID:

As the Owner of Yellow Brick Road Auctions, I feel it is necessary to include important information regarding this particular item that is being offered. I am the Proud Daughter of a Korean War Veteran and I am also a College Professor who is the photographer for several veteran groups and Honor Flight.  I have accompanied several US Veterans on scheduled Honor Flight Trips to Arlington National Cemetery and was responsible for documenting their journey as they visited the National Monuments. I would like to let all bidders know that prior to listing an item such as this one on my auction site,  there is no objection for listing an item such as this flag, as long as it is presented in the manner to which it was obtained. The Veteran who brought this item back during WWII had involvement in the successful liberation and release of prisoners placed into concentration camps.  In some cases directly and also by his position as a US Army Sergeant during this difficult war. This item may represent a time in history that may be difficult to think about. However, myself, and many US Veterans feel this is a time from our country's past that must never be forgotten. It is very important to be aware that the owner's family desires this particular item to be placed into a personal collection or museum and refuse this item to be used for any nefarious activity. For all of these reasons, even if a bidder wins this item, the owner of Yellow Brick Road Auctions reserves the right to refuse completion of the sale at Pick-Up. So, please take that into consideration before placing a bid. If you have any questions, feel free to call Melissa directly at the number listed on this auction.

In addition, the proceeds earned by the owner of Yellow Brick Road Auctions for this item will be donated to a US Veteran Group.

Thank you for your understanding!!!!
